Core boundary: a semantic relationship is not identity proof; stored memory is not a verified fact merely because it is stored; a wallet relationship is not proof of ownership; and a hash or timestamp does not by itself prove who created a record or that its contents are true.

No notarisation or qualified trust-service claim

GraphVAULT is not currently represented as a notary, certification authority, qualified trust service, qualified electronic timestamp provider, court, registry or public authority. It does not guarantee legal admissibility or conclusive evidentiary weight.

Provenance limits

Reliable provenance depends on source quality, identity and authorization controls, signing-key protection, trusted time where required, retention, revocation, verification procedure and the integrity of upstream evidence.

No ownership adjudication

Relationships between people, organisations, wallets, documents or assets are contextual records. They do not independently establish beneficial ownership, legal title, authority to act or entitlement to an asset.

Security and assurance

No claim of “unhackable,” absolute integrity, guaranteed authenticity or external certification is made unless separately supported by exact, current and independently verifiable evidence.
